Brian Cooke has been drawing, writing, script-editing, producing and generally mucking about with comedy for most of his life. His long partnership with Johnnie Mortimer produced such well loved and award winning sitcoms as Father, Dear Father, Man About The House, Robin’s Nest, George and Mildred and many more. On his own he created Tripper’s Day for Leonard Rossiter, Slinger’s Day for Bruce Forsyth and Close to Home for Paul Nicholas.
